About the job
Job Summary:
This is a Unpaid internship. Support recruitment efforts for Business Development Executives by managing the end-to-end process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR to define Business Development Executive requirements.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Assist in comprehensive interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
Prior recruitment or HR experience is a plus.
Stipend and Work Schedule:
Monthly stipend: Unpaid
Duration: 1 month.
Work: 5 days a week, Flexible Timings.
