Job Overview


We are seeking a Software Testing Trainer to join our team in Madanapalle. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in software testing fundamentals and a passion for educating others in this field.


Qualifications and Skills


Proficiency in Software Testing Fundamentals (Mandatory skill).

Experience in creating and executing comprehensive test plans.

Capability to design detailed and efficient test cases.

Knowledge of various test automation tools and frameworks.

Proven ability to manage and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.

Familiarity with Agile Testing methodologies and practices.

Skills in performance testing to ensure software meets performance criteria.

Experience in mobile testing to validate application functionality on mobile devices.

Roles and Responsibilities


Develop and deliver training sessions on software testing fundamentals and advanced concepts.

Create course materials, including manuals, tutorials, articles, and guides to enhance learning experience.

Conduct hands-on training sessions and practical labs to reinforce theoretical knowledge.

Assist in the preparation of students for certification exams and job placements.

Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in testing tools and methodologies.

Provide personalized support to students, addressing their queries and helping them overcome learning challenges.

Collaborate with other trainers and staff to improve course content and delivery methods.

Monitor and evaluate the progress of students and provide constructive feedback.
