CNR EdTech is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Global Recruitment Interns. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment field, working closely with our HR team to support global recruitment activities.


Key Responsibilities


Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job posting, resume screening, and candidate coordination.

Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.

Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates.

Maintain and update the candidate database.

Support the team in organizing and coordinating recruitment events.

Prepare and analyze recruitment reports using MS Excel.

Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.

Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives.


Requirements


Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.

Proficient in MS Excel; ability to create and manage spreadsheets, analyze data, and generate reports.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
